Quivira

Quivira is a student-run literary organization that is one of ESU’s oldest clubs. This recognized student organization is open to all ESU students and publishes the annual Quivira literary work featuring Emporia State students. Quivera sponsors literary readings open to students and the public and promotes literary activities on campus and in the community.

Bluestem Press

Bluestem Press is sponsor of the Bluestem Poetry Award and its tradition of excellence in publishing. Our latest publication is from William H. Clamurro, and is his second book of poetry.

Flint Hills Review

Flint Hills Review, an annual publication with a national circulation, which has just published its 23rd issue! We publish work with a particular interest in the Midwest region, including its connection to ethnicity, gender, and personal relationships. We welcome poetry, short fiction, and nonfiction of literary quality, as well as art.
