We are so excited to have you at Emporia State University! Use this page to guide you as you prepare to become an ESU Hornet.

  1. Log into your ESU account. To set up your first time password visit hornet365.com/newhornet
  2. Submit the general scholarship application at emporia.edu/scholarships
  3. Submit your 2027-28 FAFSA using ESU's school code 001927
  4. Submit part one of your housing application at emporia.edu/reslife
  5. Download the Navigate360 app to view your Hornet Enrollment & Orientation journey. 
  6. Stay on track with updates on enrollment in your ESU student Gmail account!

Enrollment + Hornet Orientation

Make it official! Enroll for classes with your academic advisor, then get all the need-to-know information about being a successful Hornet at Hornet Orientation.

Student Advising Center

Your advisor is an excellent resource. They'll help you enroll in classes, explore career options, connect you to campus resources and more.

Residential Life

Living on campus is an awesome part of the college experience! Visit the residential life website for more about what you need to know before coming to campus.

Memorial Union Bookstore

Hornet Textbook Bundle will ensure you receive all your course materials before the first day of class at a savings of 35-50% on the cost of course materials each term.

FAFSA

We recommend everyone complete the FAFSA, even if you don't think you'll receive grants or take out loans. The FAFSA for the 2025-26 academic year is open!
