Library Science Program Expands to Las Vegas

Emporia State University’s library science program is expanding. A new cohort will open in fall 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. That makes seven programs for ESU’s School of Library and Information Management, including Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which opened in fall 2017.

Four Undergrads to Present Research at Statehouse

Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol is Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Six undergraduate researchers from Emporia State University will get the chance to present their work on the first-floor rotunda of the State Capitol in Topeka.


Students Excel at Theatre Festival

Emporia State University Theatre returned from their trip to the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival 51 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota Saturday afternoon Jan. 26 after a busy week of auditions, competitions, showcases and performances. They also brought back a number of awards and commendations.

Students Can Complete for $1863 in Scholarship Money
