ESU Theatre Presents ‘Late, A Cowboy Song’ by Sarah Ruhl

Emporia State University Theatre presents “Late, A Cowboy Song” by Sarah Ruhl. Performances are scheduled for Feb. 29 and March 1 and 2 at 7:30 p.m. and March 3 at 2 p.m. in the Ronald Q. Frederickson Black Box Theatre, in Roosevelt Hall.


Bonner and Bonner Diversity Lecture Coming March 7

The 2024 Bonner and Bonner Diversity Lecture, featuring keynote speaker Wesley Hamilton, will take place on Thursday, March 7, at 7 p.m. in Albert Taylor Hall. The theme of the keynote is “Overcoming Any Obstacles by Allowing Disruptions.”




PAROC Hosts Women in STEM and Storytime Events to Engage Children with Science

Emporia State University’s Prophet Aquatic Research and Outreach Center, or PAROC, is planning several upcoming science-themed events designed to be fun and educational. PAROC continues its monthly Science Saturdays and adds an evening option for Science Storytime targeted at children 7 and under.

ESU Eliminates Application Fee, Expanding Access for Future Hornets

This move streamlines the admissions process and simplifies a student’s first steps to becoming a Hornet.
