Students who are taking classes on campus, pay on-campus activity fees, and have insurance will not have to pay more than $10 per provider office visit if their insurance does not cover the entire amount.

There are additional charges for pharmacy and laboratory services if needed.

Any balances due after insurance reimbursements (such as the $10 plus remaining lab or pharmacy costs) will be billed to your student account.
